This series of high-voltage disconnector switches is equipped with a grounding switch, which can effectively prevent misoperations such as live earthing and closing with the earth wire connected. Operators are not required to install an additional grounding wire separately. The switch can be flexibly configured with single-side earthing, double-side earthing, a manual operating mechanism, or an electric operating mechanism. It can also be installed with an integrated arrester. The switch is fitted with mechanical interlocks to prevent misoperation, and can be equipped with electromagnetic locks to achieve interlocking between the main disconnector and the earthing switch, as well as between the disconnector and the circuit breaker. These products are widely used in photovoltaic power stations, wind farms, substations, and as supporting equipment for SVG static var generators. With excellent electrical and mechanical performance, they are upgraded replacements for existing outdoor switches in the 10–35kV class. The electrically operated mechanism of the GW5 series in this range can also be combined with the GW4 series to form a dual combined switch, delivering a more cost-effective main switching solution for power stations.

Feature

The switch itself is equipped with a grounding switch, which can effectively prevent misoperation such as "hanging ground wire with electricity and closing with ground wire", and the operator does not have to connect with another grounding wire.

The switch can be flexibly configured with single-sided grounding, double-sided grounding, manual mechanism, electric mechanism, integrated installation arrester, and the switch comes with mechanical locking to prevent misoperation.

It can be equipped with an external electromagnetic lock to realize the interlocking between the main knife switch and the ground knife, and between the isolation switch and the circuit breaker.

It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and is an updated product of the current 10-35KV outdoor switch.

This series of GW5 electric control mechanism can be combined with GW4 to realize double combination switch and realize more cost-effective power station main switch combination function.
