ZN85-30kV(40.5kV) Indoor Handcart Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The ZN85 Indoor Handcart Vacuum Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for three-phase AC systems at 50Hz with a rated voltage of 35kV(40.5kV). It is designed for use in industrial enterprises, power plants, and substations for switching on and off load currents, overload currents, and fault currents. The circuit breaker features an upper and lower arrangement of the operating mechanism, effectively reducing the overall depth of the circuit breaker. The three-phase arc-extinguishing chamber and associated live parts are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulated tubes, forming a composite insulation structure. The circuit breaker meets the air gap and creepage distance requirements under normal operating conditions, significantly reducing its overall size. The main circuit's vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and moving and stationary conductive connections are installed within the insulating tube, with an inter-phase distance of only 300mm.

Dedicated Spring Operating Mechanism: Designed specifically for this vertical layout, the spring mechanism is installed inside the framework and acts as an integral, inseparable part of the breaker, featuring a simple design with output curves and performance tailored to 40.5kV requirements.
