Bypass Switch (High Performance Switch)
CNF series vacuum switch is used for bypass protection of power electronic semiconductor devices, the main contact of the bypass switch is connected in parallel with the power electronic semiconductor device, the main contact of the bypass switch is open during normal operation, when the power electronic semiconductor device fails, the coil is energized, the main contact of the bypass switch is quickly closed, and the power electronic semiconductor device is bypassed, so that the system is still operating normally. It is often used in flexible DC transmission and transformation equipment as a bypass switch.
The closing speed ≤ 3.5ms, and the closing can be done without bounce.
The main circuit current is 400A~2500A, and the voltage is wide, 1.14KV~3.6KV.
Motorized mechanical holding function and manual recovery function, with easy operation of mechanical unlocking (from synthesis to separation) mechanism.
The housing and lead wires are made of environmentally friendly, flame-retardant materials (UL94-VO).
It adopts a fully enclosed structure, with good insulation performance and compact size, which can be used for installation in a variety of occasions.
