CKJ20-160/250/400 Low Voltage Vacuum Contactor Switch

This CKJ20 series of vacuum contactor switch is suitable for alternating current (AC) at 50-60 Hz, with a main circuit rated voltage below 1.6 kV, and rated currents ranging from 160 A, 250 A, 400 A, 630 A, 800 A, 1000 A, to 1250 A. They are designed for long-distance switching and breaking, as well as for frequent starting and controlling of AC motors, transformers, and capacitor banks. The series includes permanent magnet holding and electrically holding two types, with a fully enclosed design that is aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective. CKJ20 and CJ20 can be replaced with each other with a good installation dimensions, offering easy control, more stable and reliable performance, and a long maintenance-free service life. This makes it an ideal replacement for old AC contactors. Additionally, the series includes permanent magnet vacuum contactors, which feature mechanical holding with zero secondary control power consumption, making them an excellent energy-saving control switch. They are suitable for applications with infrequent operations and where mechanical holding in the closed state is required.
