LW36-126 110kV 126kV Outdoor SF6 Circuit Breaker

The LW36-126/3150 Self-Energized High Voltage SF6 Circuit Breaker is an outdoor circuit breaker specifically designed for high-voltage AC systems. It is suitable for power grids with a maximum voltage of 145kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz, functioning to interrupt rated currents and fault currents, switch circuits, and provide essential control and protection for power systems. Additionally, it can be used as a link breaker in network interconnections. This product adopts SF6 gas as both the arc-extinguishing and insulating medium, equipped with the latest self-energized arc-extinguishing technology and a new-type spring-operated mechanism. Boasting long electrical service life, labor-saving operation, low noise, and high reliability, the LW36-126/3150-40 is an ideal choice for high-altitude areas or 132kV power systems, and can also replace imported products of the same type.

Feature

1. Adopts a three-phase porcelain column single-break structure. All three phases are equipped with spring operating mechanisms (centrally arranged for three-phase operation), featuring a novel and exquisite appearance.

2. Uses SF6 gas as the insulating and arc-extinguishing medium. The three poles are connected with SF6 gas, and a pointer-type density relay is used to monitor changes in its pressure and density.

3. Adopts the self-energy arc extinguishing principle and optimized motion system, which improves mechanical efficiency, reduces operating workload, and boasts excellent breaking performance and long electrical service life.

4. The mounting frame and supports are integrally bent from high-quality steel plates and treated with hot-dip galvanizing. All exposed fasteners are made of high-strength hot-dip galvanized materials or stainless steel standard parts, and the mechanism box is made of stainless steel, resulting in strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical reliability and the ability to be operated frequently.

With the high insulation of SF6 gas and optimized contact movement, it can effectively cut off capacitive current without reignition; it has a high external insulation level, a creepage ratio of ≥ 31mm/kV, and excellent pollution resistance, enabling safe operation even in harsh environments; it has strong current-carrying capacity, with sufficient margin at each point in the temperature rise test at 3780A.

6. The overall structure is compact, facilitating convenient on-site installation and commissioning, and reducing maintenance workload.
