ZW32-12 Outdoor Pole-Mounted Vacuum Circuit Breaker
The primary and secondary fusion complete sets of column circuit breakers (deep integration pillar type) meet the standardized design scheme of the "No. 151" document of the Equipment Department of the State Grid Corporation, which is mainly composed of vacuum circuit breakers (deep integration pillar type), feeder terminals, power supply voltage transformers and aviation plug-in connection cables. The circuit breaker adopts an integrated sealed pole, the pole has a built-in vacuum interrupter and a digital transformer, and the ADMU module and feeder terminal adopt a hood structure. The overall design of the product meets the standardized design requirements of the State Grid, and the configured transformer has the characteristics of wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy and high reliability, which is convenient for the complete set of primary and secondary fusion devices to accurately determine various faults of the line. It is suitable for feeders, contact points, segmentation points, branches or user demarcation points of 10KV overhead distribution lines, and plays the role of breaking, controlling, protecting and line loss collection in the line.
Standardized complete set of design: in line with the requirements of the State Grid for the standardization and customization of the primary and secondary integration, the installation size is consistent, the interface is unified, and it can be interchanged.
Structural features: three-phase independent pillar structure, air insulation, vacuum arc extinguishing, breaking short circuit current of 20kA up to 30 times.
Integrated design: The electronic voltage and current sensor is sealed in the pole, with stable structure and small partial discharge, providing strong signal support for the feeder terminal.
Independent ability: The sensor module has qualification and independent production capacity, superior performance, wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy and strong reliability.
Condition monitoring: Support analog and status data acquisition and monitoring, remote signal anti-shake, local indication of operation status, communication status, line fault status, etc.
Edge computing: High-performance edge computing enables on-site analysis of running conditions.
Protection function: It can realize accurate research and judgment and rapid isolation of short-circuit faults, grounding faults and disconnection faults.
Intelligent terminal: It has the functions of line loss collection, feeder automation, communication, positioning, timing recording, power management, etc., and supports remote maintenance.
High adaptability: suitable for high altitude, high pollution seconds, high condensation, high salt spray and severe cold areas.
Preset expansion interfaces: It can be compatible with a variety of intelligent sensors, mechanical characteristics, temperature, partial discharge monitoring, etc., and reserve interfaces for future intelligent equipment.
Energy saving and environmental protection: The lightweight and integrated design concept of equipment is adopted, which reduces the use of a large number of epoxy resin, silicone and ferromagnetic materials, which meets the product needs of China's distribution network under the "double carbon" goal.
