The ZW32-40.5 outdoor high-voltage intelligent (permanent magnet) vacuum circuit breaker consists primarily of an integrated, sealed pole, current transformer, operating mechanism, and enclosure. A disconnector can be added. This circuit breaker features a compact design and a high-quality steel enclosure. The current transformer can be selected based on user needs. This device is primarily used in medium-voltage overhead power lines for opening and closing load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents.

The circuit breaker features a three-phase pole structure, consisting of three poles, a mechanism box, and internal transmission components. It utilizes a maintenance-free spring mechanism housed in a fully sealed mechanism box. This ensures the circuit breaker is waterproof and moisture-resistant for outdoor use. It also offers stable and reliable breaking performance without the risk of combustion or explosion. The entire circuit breaker boasts a compact size, light weight, maintenance-free operation, and a long service life.

The electronic current transformer (sensor) employed offers numerous advantages, including excellent insulation, compact size, light weight, wide frequency response, no saturation, and excellent electromagnetic interference resistance. Utilizing the LPCT low-power coil principle, low-voltage signals are directly connected to secondary equipment. This technology is widely used for phase and zero-sequence current metering, measurement, and protection signal sampling, reducing errors and simplifying system architecture.

The electronic voltage sensor used is a new type of sensor for measuring phase voltage and zero-sequence voltage protection. It employs advanced capacitive voltage division technology to convert high voltage into a low-voltage signal. By calculating this low-voltage signal, phase and zero-sequence voltage data are accurately collected. Because it contains no iron core, it is immune to saturation and offers a wide frequency range, a large measurement range, excellent linearity, and strong anti-interference capabilities. Short-circuiting the secondary voltage output prevents overcurrent and ferromagnetic resonance, eliminating potential major faults in the power system and ensuring the safety and stability of personnel and equipment.

The isolating switch and the circuit breaker body can be added to form a circuit breaker + isolating switch combination appliance. The circuit breaker body and the isolating switch have a reliable mechanical interlocking device. Function to prevent misoperation
