Active Power Filter (APF)
This series of low-voltage active power filter device is a new type of special equipment for power harmonic control made of modern power electronics technology and digital signal processing technology based on high-speed DSP devices. It consists of two main parts: the instruction current operation circuit and the compensation current generation circuit. The command current operation circuit monitors the current in the line in real time, converts the analog current signal signal into a digital signal, sends it to the high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) to process the signal, separates the harmonic from the fundamental, and sends the driving pulse to the compensation current generation circuit in the form of a pulse-width modulation (PWB) signal, drives the GBT or PB power module, generates a compensation current equal to the amplitude of the harmonic current of the power grid and opposite in polarity and injects it into the power grid, compensates or cancels the harmonic current, and actively eliminates the power harmonics.
High efficiency and energy saving: Constant frequency PWB patented technology, high current tracking speed, small ripple and low loss, low loss amorphous alloy core reactor, low noise and high efficiency, and low loss of the whole machine as low as 3%.
High filtering ability: multi-DSP cooperative control, high precision and fast speed, high harmonic filtering rate, effective filtering rate up to 97% for target harmonics, and 50th harmonics.
Multi-functional, multi-mode, high adaptability: harmonic sub-compensation function, harmonic reactive power comprehensive compensation, active balance compensation function, advanced control algorithm, adapt to various complex on-site stable operation, can be operated in parallel with reactive power compensation cabinet, field-programmable source current and load current detection function, true color touch screen, on-site switchable Chinese and English bilingual interface, RS485 interface, standard BODBUS CNU communication protocol, computer remote monitoring function.
Stable and reliable: designed and manufactured in accordance with industrial-grade standards, safe and reliable, strict thermal design to ensure safe and reliable system operation, multiple protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating, automatic current limiting after full load output, no overload worry, fault self-diagnosis function.
