DC Charging Pile (60-320kW) for EV Fast Charging
This product is a new generation of integrated DC constant power fast charging pile for electric vehicles. The system has a built-in 30/40kW constant power charging module with a maximum output voltage of 1000V, which can meet the charging needs of various vehicles. The module adopts the design of isolated air duct potting, which has high reliability and can be applied to various scenarios in harsh environments. The system is compatible with 60~320kW power configuration, compatible with single gun and double gun and power distribution, compatible with multi-pile ring network scheme, and can be widely used in various public and private charging stations.
Professional heat dissipation design: scientific ventilation scheme is adopted to ensure the ventilation volume of the module, control the internal temperature, and improve the efficiency of the module.
Wide voltage: support 150-1000V DC charging output, 300V-1000V constant power charging output, can charge all kinds of passenger cars and large vehicles.
Stable and reliable: It is fully equipped with positive and negative bus DC contactors and fuses, emergency stop protection switches, input lightning protectors, leakage switches, grounding and insulation detection and monitoring safety protection devices, and has multiple protection functions and logic in software and hardware.
Active protection: BMS is deeply interactive, and the charging pile actively participates in the monitoring of the charging process to ensure safety and change the "blind rush" state of the traditional electric pile.
Double waterproof and dustproof capabilities: The power distribution and control adopt a double-cavity design, the inlet and outlet airflow adopts a labyrinth design, and the dual waterproof and dustproof capabilities are designed.
Compatible with the old and new national standards: good compatibility and adaptability, compatible with the new Japanese national standard, BMS auxiliary power supply, 12V/24V optional.
