Ultra-Fast EV Charging Station (480kW/360kW)
This product is a split high-power charging system designed for high-power charging stations. The system adopts a power cabinet with six double-gun charging terminals with a total of 12 output designs, the rated power of the power cabinet is 480kW, and the built-in isolated air duct is a glue filling and charging module, which has high reliability. The charging terminal can be equipped with a conventional 250A output charging terminal or a liquid-cooled 500A charging terminal, with a maximum output of 180kW for a single gun of the conventional terminal and a maximum output of 480kW for a single gun of the liquid-cooled terminal. The CoolRing method is used for intelligent power distribution between each terminal, which can improve the utilization rate of charging spaces and power at charging stations. The system adopts IP54 (power cabinet) and P65 (charging terminal) high protection design, which is suitable for various application scenarios.
Adjustable power: The charging power unit adopts a modular design for flexible expansion.
Wide voltage: support 150-1000V DC charging output, 300V-1000V constant power charging output, can charge all kinds of passenger cars and large vehicles.
Stable and reliable: It is fully equipped with positive and negative bus DC contactors and fuses, emergency stop protection switches, input lightning protectors, leakage switches, grounding and insulation detection and monitoring safety protection devices, and has multiple protection functions and logic in software and hardware.
Flexible charging: The output power of each charging gun can be dynamically distributed according to the needs of the vehicle power battery, so as to realize the flexible scheduling of the output power.
Air-cooled liquid cooling optional: 250A conventional dual-gun charging terminal or optional 500A liquid-cooled charging terminal can be equipped as standard, and the ring network connection between the terminals can achieve a single gun 180kW or 480kW output.
Compatible with the old and new national standards: good compatibility and adaptability, compatible with the new national standard, BMS auxiliary power supply, 12V/24V what to choose.
No debugging required: Vehicle-friendly charging, matched with 99.6% of OEMs' testing, stable use, no debugging required.
