—— Chennuo Electric Makes a Stunning Appearance at POWEREXPO ALMATY 2026
October 2026 · Almaty
From October 21 to 23, 2026, the POWEREXPO ALMATY 2026 was held at the Atakent International Exhibition Center in Almaty. Chennuo Electric (Chennuo Electric Technology Group Co., Ltd.) showcased its two major product lines—power transmission and distribution, and new energy—at Booth 11-F04 in Hall 11. Under the theme "Power Transmission and Distribution Going Global, Chennuo Quality Establishing Itself in Central Asia," the company engaged in in-depth exchanges with merchants from Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, securing a number of qualified inquiries and cooperation intentions.
POWEREXPO ALMATY, organized by Iteca LLP and ICA LLP, brings together regional power grid companies, energy and mining enterprises, EPC contractors, and upstream and downstream manufacturers in the industry chain. It serves as a crucial window for Chinese power equipment companies to enter the Central Asian market.
Russian-Language Exhibition Display Enables "Zero-Barrier" Communication
For this exhibition, Chennuo Electric carried out a comprehensive localization of its booth: the display walls systematically presented the product portfolio and technical parameters in Russian, the brochures were simultaneously launched in Russian versions, and the booth adopted a unified blue-white-green color scheme for brand recognition. From the first day of the exhibition, the booth continuously attracted merchants. Many visitors directly inquired about technical details by referring to the Russian parameter tables on the display walls.
“What Central Asian customers value is not how low a price we can quote, but whether we can explain the solutions in a language they understand and according to their grid conditions.”
Power Transmission and Distribution as the Foundation, New Energy as the Wings
The products highlighted on-site covered the depth of the company's power distribution field and its extension into new energy: ZW32 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (12kV) and ZW7, ZW32 series (12—40.5kV); GN19-12, GN24-12, GN30-12 and other indoor disconnectors, along with GN27-40.5 outdoor series (10—35kV); JCZ5, JCK9 series high-voltage vacuum contactors; as well as high and low voltage complete equipment sets, CL318, CL48, HESS series residential and commercial energy storage systems, and PV inverter integrated machines.
The Central Asian region experiences severe winter cold, high altitudes in some areas, and frequent grid fluctuations, imposing higher requirements on equipment's low-temperature adaptability, insulation level, and operational stability compared to conventional markets. The company's technical team addressed these operating conditions by answering questions one by one regarding low-temperature starting performance, insulation coordination and external insulation margin, and anti-voltage fluctuation capability. They also provided adaptation solutions tailored to the grid standards of different countries, earning high recognition from the attending merchants. As photovoltaic and energy storage projects in Kazakhstan accelerate, the energy storage systems and PV inverter integrated machines also attracted consultations from many local energy companies and distributed project developers.
Reunion with Old Friends, Meeting New Partners

This exhibition served not only as a window for market expansion but also as a face-to-face follow-up with existing customers. The team conducted in-depth communications with existing Kazakhstani customers regarding order execution, spare parts supply, and technical support response. Customers affirmed the on-site operational performance of the products, and both parties reached a preliminary consensus on subsequent additional orders and expanding the agency scope. During the three-day exhibition, new merchants received were mainly local Kazakhstani enterprises, covering neighboring countries such as Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, and involving various scenarios including power grids, mining, industrial electricity, and new energy. The team also held special negotiations with local agency意向 partners on channel penetration, inventory stocking, and localized service networks, clarifying the next steps for cooperation; preliminary contacts were made with local power design and engineering units regarding project-level cooperation, laying the foundation for participating in Kazakhstan's power grid renovation and new energy projects.
Based in Kazakhstan, Covering Central Asia
Almaty is the largest trading center in Central Asia, with a significant radiating effect. Taking this exhibition as a starting point, Chennuo Electric's path forward is already clear: using Kazakhstan as a pivot, gradually expanding into surrounding markets such as Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan; upgrading channels from single supply to deep cooperation of "Regional Exclusive Agency + Local Inventory + Technical Service"; increasing the promotion of energy storage, PV inverters, and intelligent power distribution products in addition to traditional power transmission and distribution, forming a "Power Transmission & Distribution + New Energy" dual-drive; tracking project opportunities such as local grid renovation, mining power supply, and new energy power plants, gradually shifting from equipment export to "Product + Solution + Service"; and relying on Russian-speaking area localization and digital marketing as support to make "Chennuo Quality Establishing Itself in Central Asia" a highly recognized brand label in the regional market.
