GCS-0.4 low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a low-voltage power distribution device used for centralized control of power distribution, motors and other electrical facilities, reactor current limiting and reactive power compensation in the power generation and power supply system with a rated voltage of 500Hz, rated voltage of 400V (660V) and rated current of 4000A and below. It is used in power plants, petrochemical industry, metallurgical textiles, high-rise building power supply and other industries, and in large power plants such as petrochemical and other places with a high degree of automation, the switch cabinet is left with a computer interface for centralized control. This switchgear meets the requirements of GB/T7251, IEC60439 and other standards, and has passed the "3C" certification.

Feature

The main frame is made of 8MF open section steel, and there are mounting holes with modules of 20mm and 100mm and Ф9.2mm on both sides of the section steel.

The main structure is two, fully combined structure and partially welded structure.

Each functional room of the device is strictly separated, and each functional room is mainly divided into unit type, bus type, and cable type, and the role of each unit is relatively independent.

The horizontal bus is arranged horizontally behind the frame to increase the ability of the bus to resist short-circuit current.

The cable adopts the upper and lower inlet and outlet mode: according to the three-phase five-wire system or the three-phase four-wire system.

A drawer is a unit, and the drawer size is divided into one unit, two units, three units, one-half unit, and one-quarter unit, and five size series, and the rated current of each unit circuit is 630A and below. The change in the size of the drawer is only the change in height, its width and depth cannot be changed, and the units with the same function can be interchanged.

Drawers with up to 11 units per cabinet or 22 halves or 44 quarters are clearly marked by the opening test and the extraction position: the drawer units are mechanically interlocked.

Environmental conditions of use
1. The altitude should not exceed 2000m (when exceeding the altitude, special instructions should be given).
2. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C, not lower than -40°C, and the 24-hour average temperature is not higher than +35°C.
3. Relative humidity: When the ambient air temperature is not higher than +40 °C, the relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50%, and when the temperature is lower, a higher relative humidity is allowed.
4. The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration, impact and chemical corrosion.
5. The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane shall not exceed 5° when installed.
6. The seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
