FZ(R)N35-40.5(D) series indoor high-voltage vacuum load switch-fuse combination electrical appliances
Indoor high-voltage AC vacuum load switch-fuse combined electrical appliance (referred to as combined electrical equipment) is a switchgear specially developed for wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy fields, widely used in 40.5KV combined transformer, Chinese-style prefabricated substation and other occasions, and its performance meets the requirements of the national standard GB16926 "AC high-voltage vacuum load switch-fuse combined electrical appliance". It has the advantages of large breaking capacity, safety and reliability, long electrical life, frequent operation, and basically no maintenance. It can protect the transformer from overload and prevent the equipment from running out of phase. The combination appliance is equipped with a visual isolation break and a grounding switch with closing ability, and can be equipped with an electric spring mechanism for remote operation. Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -40°C, daily average temperature does not exceed 35°C; Humidity: the daily average is not 95%, the monthly average is not 90%; Water vapor pressure: the daily average value does not exceed 22kPa, and the monthly average value does not exceed 1.8kPa; Altitude: <3500m; Installation site: The surrounding air is not visibly affected by dust, smoke, corrosive and flammable gases, contamination by vapours or salt spray; Electromagnetic interference: The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.
Vacuum arc extinguishing is adopted, which has strong arc extinguishing ability and long electrical life;
It adopts the design of back disconnector, which has high operability and maintenance and installation;
It integrates load switching, isolation and grounding, with compact structure, reliable action and stable performance, and is equipped with high-voltage current-limiting fuse, which has perfect short-circuit protection function;
The special spring operating mechanism is adopted, which has low energy consumption and can be operated frequently;
Small size, easy to install and simple to operate.
