KYN61-40.5 (Z) Armored Removable AC Metal-enclosed Switchgear is a three-phase AC 50HZ indoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 40.5KV. It is used for power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electric energy, and plays the functions of control, protection and measurement of circuits. The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor structure, which can be easily removed for maintenance. It is equipped with a new type of composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker, and has the characteristics of good interchangeability and simple replacement. The frame of the handcart is equipped with a lead screw nut propulsion mechanism, which can easily move the handcart and has a complete function to prevent misoperation. The interlocking between the main switch, the trolley and the switch cabinet door all adopts the mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five prevention" function. The cable room has plenty of space to connect multiple cables. IP4X enclosure rating, IP2X protection class when the handcar compartment door is opened. The product meets the requirements of GB3906 and DL404 standards.

The cabinet structure adopts the assembled type, and the circuit breaker adopts the handcart floor structure.

All-metal modular assembly structure, the cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc plate with strong anti-corrosion ability, no surface treatment is required, processed by CNC high-precision equipment, advanced multiple folding technology, connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, with high precision, light weight and good strength.

The cabinet is divided into four parts: relay instrument room, handcar room, cable room and bus room according to function, and each part is separated by a grounded metal partition.

With ZN85-40.5 or VEM-40.5 new composite insulated vacuum circuit breaker and spring operating mechanism, it has good interchangeability and simple replacement.

The screw nut propulsion mechanism is installed in the handcart frame, which can easily move the handcart and prevent damage to the propulsion mechanism due to misoperation.

All operations are carried out with the doors closed.

The cable room is spacious and can be connected to multiple cables.

It adopts a perfect composite insulation method and a new shielded sleeve and contact box, which has reliable insulation and low failure rate

Environmental conditions of use
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -10°C. The average temperature over a 24h period does not exceed +35°C.
2. The daily average relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%. The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2 kP, and the monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8 kP.
3. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
4. The maximum seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees.
5. The switch cabinet should be installed in an indoor place without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration. Severe design under severe conditions meets the requirements of the class.
6. In areas with large temperature fluctuations in humid and hot eyes, there will be the possibility of condensation in the switch cabinet, and the condensation controller and heater can be configured as needed to make the environment in the cabinet in an automatic control state to prevent the equipment from being damp and condensing.
