KYN28A(GZS1)-12 armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a complete set of indoor power distribution device with a rated voltage of 3.6~12KV three-phase AC 50HZ.It is used for power transmission in power plants, power systems and substations of industrial and mining enterprises, and can also be used for frequent start-up of high-voltage motors. This switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IEC-298 and other standards, and has the "five prevention" functions such as preventing misoperation of circuit breakers, preventing load-bearing push-pull trolleys, preventing live closing grounding switches, preventing grounding switches from transmitting power when they are grounded and preventing them from accidentally entering the live interval.

Feature

The switch cabinet is composed of two parts: a fixed cabinet and a retractable part (hand car).

The cabinet shell and the partition of each functional unit are bolted with aluminum-zinc steel plate.

The enclosure protection level of the switch cabinet reaches IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment after opening the door is IP2X.

This switch cabinet can be equipped with VS1 (ZN63A) or according to the user's requirements to choose the specified model vacuum circuit breaker hand car.

The switch cabinet is reliable and wall-mounted.

Since the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the control cabinet can be carried out in front of the cabinet, it can be installed back to back in a double arrangement or against the wall.

Environmental conditions of use
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -10°C. The average temperature over a 24h period does not exceed +35°C.
2. The daily average relative humidity of the surrounding environment shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%. The daily average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2 kP, and the monthly average water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8 kP.
3. The altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.
4. The maximum seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees. 5. The switch cabinet should be installed in an indoor place without fire, explosion hazard, serious pollution, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration. Severe design under severe conditions meets the requirements of the class.
6. In areas with hot and humid temperature fluctuations, there will be the possibility of condensation in the switch cabinet, and the condensation controller and heater can be configured as needed to make the environment in the cabinet in an automatic control state to prevent the equipment from being damp and condensing
